Pre-orders might cause shipping delays if part of your order is not in stock, as we aim to ship everything in a single package, unless advised otherwise.

Order tracking:
You will receive an email with the tracking number and shipping confirmation once your order leaves our warehouse. You will be able to check your order on the website of the shipping service corresponding to the selected shipping method.

General Returns:
We offer a refund for change of mind purchases within 30 days. Please notify as soon as possible from the receipt of your goods if you would like a refund.

For a change of mind return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all seals intact.
